This is a thread to post suggestions for Rainy Gloomy Days. My music for these times fall into two, for me, distinct camps. Either I want to listen to things to brighten things up, or, I want music to lean into the melancholy.
It has been, for me, a rainly/cloudy/gloomy January, thus prompting this thread. Inspired by Peter Gabriel’s current experiment with releasing a Dark and Bright mix of each of his new songs, I’m posting a Bright and Dark music selection.
So, today, my two choices are.
