Hi Noris — thanks for the reply. Apologies that it’s taken me a while to respond. No pattern that I’ve noticed, except perhaps with the Bartok having been playing for an extended period. Again, no pattern than I’ve noticed. It’s been a variety of sample rates and tracks. Once a week, perhaps? Not common, but annoying. In case it gets lost in the thread split — an important common aspect to both cases was the dCS Bartok. FWIW, I’m running all the current firmware everywhere.

Would be interested to know if we share any other aspects of our setup aside from the Bartók.

Are you using any of the following?

• eero mesh network devices
• Uptone etherRegen
• particular Ethernet cables (I’ve tried Tellurium Q, totalDAC and Blue Jeans CAT6)
