Music stop automatically after a period of time!

I would love to have a feature in roon that automatically stop the music after a certain time, at night, etc.

I regularly (well, my kids) turn off the Amp without stopping the music first. And when I turn ii back on in the morning, I see that Roon has been playing music all night. Or even after a week-end out. Wouldn’t it be possible to create a config saying that the music will stop (after a warning maybe) at 24:00???

What do you think???

Would be easier if you just stopped the music when you’re finished listening…

Nothing wrong with a timerfunction. Looks like easy to implement. So why not?

there is an alarm extension that does this…it’s in the api area…I’ll try and find the reference

It works very well…I have even managed to get my wife to use it too…

I do occasionally like to go the sleep with the music playing, although it’s somewhat difficult to turn the music off while you are asleep…:grinning:
