I noticed that the musician Robert (Allen) Palmer, born 1949, is misidentified as being involved in the production of Miles Davis’ Kind of Blue. More precisely, he is identified as the person who wrote the liner notes. But the full name of the critic who wrote the liner notes is Robert Franklin Palmer Jr.
