Description of Issue

I have my DAC: iFi ZEN DAC V2, but it’s not available in “Identify my device” list.

This is not a Support issue. You misunderstand Roon Partners. Roon does not identify all devices, only those that are certified Roon Ready or Roon Tested. iFi ZEN DAC V2 is not a network device, so it never will be Roon Ready. And it is just a basic XMOS USB DAC, so it really does not need to be Roon Tested. Maybe it will in the future, but it should work fine, regardless.
