On a short holiday trip with the family and I just noticed this feature is missing. Too bad!
Any idea when Roon Live Radio will be implemented in Roon ARC? Now we have OPRA Headphone EQ really miss this as a feature
+1 Waiting for this. Thank you.
+1 posts don’t count. If this feature suggestion is important to you, please vote for it by using the Vote button at the top of the thread. Thank you.
Is there any odd workaround that we could use, like creating a Playlist on Roon that contains the Live Radio station?
Can a Roon insider please clear up whether this will be implemented or not? Not responding is a really inappropriate way to handle it, show some accountability and either reject the feature, or commit to a release schedule.
Roon Labs very, very rarely comment on Feature Suggestions. In the early days (2015), they did, and got burned by the experience. Since then they’ve kept radio silence on upcoming features and their roadmap.
A thread from 2022 not having a single interaction from developers in 2025 is bizarre to me, no matter what…
Welcome to the Roon community, @Joao_Bicho.
Contrary to what you say, it is unusual for any software company to communicate as you suggest.
This category is Feedback, and it is read by Roon, but it’s rare for them to comment unless they seek clarification. However, Live Radio is on the roadmap.
This would be a very welcome addition!
I fully support this request ![]()
It would be amazing to have Live Radio integration in Roon ARC.
For me and my family, access to our favorite radio stations on the go is just as important as our music library.
Please consider prioritizing this feature — it will make ARC much more complete and enjoyable!
Thanks to the Roon team for constantly improving the product ![]()
Same for me! Roon Live Radio in Roon ARC would be a great new feature
I’ve added my vote to this. I’d love this feature to added to Arc. I often listen to overseas stations via Roon at home but have to rely on other apps for radio when abroad and they always block the stations as “not available in your region” even if I’m in the required region. Having Arc being able to do the same as Roon remote would be great.
Still hoping
I still remember testing the first alpha version of Roon Arc, which had Live Radio ![]()
I sure would like to have Live Radio available on Roon Arc. Previous posts indicate it has been in the plan for a long time. Is there some difficulty in development, or just a priority issue?
You can add your vote to the existing feature suggestion. It was said to be on the roadmap but this was in 2022 already. Roon Labs is unlikely to answer your question, but there sure were many urgent construction sites in ARC, perhaps more than they anticipated.
Hi @Fredric_Kreul,
I’ve merged your post into this existing Feedback > Feature Suggestions topic.
If you’re interested, don’t forget to vote (at the top of this page).
it has been a few years - at least 4 years - ppl askser for this - cant tell if it got enougg votes but any status on when it will finally be implemented?
Yes please, would be great to see ROON now allocate some resources to making this happen - thank you ![]()
Dear Roon Team,
First of all, thank you for creating such an outstanding platform. Roon has become the center of many of our music systems, and we truly appreciate the amount of work and attention to detail that goes into its development.
I would like to respectfully ask you not to forget about one of the most frequently requested features in this section of the forum: support for Internet Radio in Roon ARC.
For many of us, our favorite radio stations are just as important as our local libraries and streaming services. Having the ability to enjoy them seamlessly through Roon ARC would make the experience even more complete.
I would also like to make a small suggestion regarding communication with the community. It would be greatly appreciated if members of the Roon team—whether administrators, developers, or product specialists—could occasionally visit this and other active feature-request sections to provide brief updates on the current status of popular requests.
Even if there is no immediate roadmap or release date, a short message acknowledging that a feature is still being considered would help users feel informed and heard. Regular communication is often just as valuable as the feature itself.
Thank you for your time, your continued work on Roon, and for listening to the community.
With respect,
A long-time Roon user
