Was just wondering if anyone has any feedback on the NAD C700? I have a ROCK setup with various Raspberry Pis currently, but my main system has an amp that’s going bad, and I kind of like the idea of replacing a cobbled together system with a single component.
For the price of a new c700 or less, you could get yourself a pre-owned m10 v1 (I own one) which is a great all in one and the c700’s bigger brother.
If you’re in the UK, there is currently one on ebay and biding starts from £900. They’ve never sold for more than £1200 on there.

I recently bought a Nad c700 in order to avoid using my computer to capture streams. Not having to hardwire my amp to my computer should allow for a “cleaner” sound. . I can’t say that I’ve noticed any difference in the sound but I needed a new amp anyhow and it seemed like a good idea at the time. My question is…does the C700 really provide a cleaner sound vs use of a separate amp and computer ? Please let me know your thoughts on this.
