I was directed to this thread after posting a support request about my NAD M10 V2 not playing certain TIDAL tracks—I had no idea what was causing the issue. Thanks, @maddib, for pointing me here!
That said, I’m honestly shocked that Bluesound/BluOS is struggling to handle something so fundamental, especially while they continue to roll out new hardware.
Now that I’ve learned that “Sample Rate Conversion” must be enabled, I’m wondering about the other settings on the page. Should any of them be adjusted? Here are the default settings:
