Looks like you need to enable/adjust your natpmp and/or upnp configuration in your router.

Hi @Andrew_Woodfine ,
PlusNet may have implemented CG-NAT, which will block port forwarding. If you continue to receive error in Settings → ARC after reviewing the steps provide above to activate UPnP or set a manual port forwarding rule, then you might want to investigate installing Tailscale on your server and phone as an alternative method for connecting ARC.
