Describe your network setup

Eero router behind cable modem (Xfinity) port 55002 is forwarded for a Roon Nucleus

Both the “router_external_ip”:“10.0.0.191” and the “MultipleNatFound” suggest that you have two routers in your home network since each router is a Nat layer. The ip address 10.0.0.191 is reserved for private networks and so should not be be issued to the WAN side of a router by the ISP.

I suspect that what you describe as a cable modem - the Xfinity - is actually a modem/router combined device. If this is the case, you may be able to put the Xfinity device into ‘Modem only’ or ‘bridge’ mode.

For more details see:

Once this is done, you may find that ARC starts working.

Note: Once you put the Xfinity device into ‘Modem Only’ or ‘Bridge’ mode, the Wifi from that device will be disabled and only one device can be connected via ethernet. This one device should be your Eero router. Also, any network security offered by the Xfinity will be disabled and your Eero will take entire responsibility for that.

Thanks. That seems to have worked. I think Xfinity pushes firmware updates to their modems and it resets/disables bridge mode.
