Router : Synology RT6600ax
Nas : Synology 923+
ROON SERVER on Nas

Have you set up port forwarding? There is no evidence in the above message to suggest that you have.

Welcome to the forum, and thanks for the screenshot! That does look like port forwarding is configured correctly. Can you confirm the model/manufacturer of your router? Have you tried to reboot the router and Roon Server yet?

Hi Noris, My router is a Synology RT6600ax.
Ireboot both my router and my Nas (Synology 923+) as roon server is on that nas.

Can you try to change the port in both your router and the Roon ARC settings? Does that help?
