NetworkError due to Multiple NAT issues with defined IPs (ref#XQFVYX)

The diagnostic text refers to an ip address starting with 100…

This suggests (but does not prove) that you ISP uses CG-NAT since ip addresses in the range 100.64.0.0 to 100.127.255.255 are reserved for that purpose.

If this is the case, your best option will be to ignore port forwarding (which cannot work with CG-NAT) and use Tailscale

Note: when you correctly configure tailscale, ARC will work but the ARC status in the Roon ARC settings page will continue to indicate “Not Ready” and the diagnostic text will still indicate an issue. This can be ignored.
