Not a gamechanger but certainly helpful. Possibly more correct to say newly noticed by me if not completely novel.
When browsing long threads a scroll up now inserts a “back” marker in the scrollbar device to the right so that we can get back to the post we scrolled from with one click. Great to see Discourse continually improving.
Old thread but is the closest to what I’m looking for…
When browsing threads in Discourse, using the browser back button takes one back to the top of the page instead of where one left off. This causes lots of unnecessary scrolling to get back to the next potential post one wants to read.
Is there any way to cause it to go back instead of loading the page from the top? This appears to only be an issue on the Categories page, the only page I ever use or find useable.
