New iPad Pro M5 - portrait mode?

Just upgraded my iPad after 7 years and the Roon app defaults to the computer view. Any way to toggle back to iPad portrait mode?

Do you have the iPad‘s screen rotation lock engaged? To my knowledge there is no setting in Roon, it just rotates along with the iPad display (if rotation isn’t locked)

This looks like you’re in the new “Windowed” mode that Apple added to iPad OS 26 (the recently released new OS version).

In Windowed mode, you can view multiple app windows at once and change their size and position.

You can learn how to use it here: Work with multiple windows at once on iPad - Apple Support

If you prefer the full-screen mode, where Roon and all other apps always occupy the entire screen, that link will explain how to toggle back to it. Otherwise, you can read up on how to use Windowed mode including how to make an app, like Roon, occupy the full screen in that mode.

That’s just in window view mode. You should be able to stretch it to full screen by dragging from the bottom left of the window.

Thanks all-got it!
