New Live Radio station requests

There seems to be something strange going on with the search function and live radio station names.

If I search for ‘BBC’ or ‘BBC Radio’ then no ‘BBC Radio Sheffield’ is found. Loads of other matching stations are found though for some reason such as ‘BBC Radio Leeds’.

If I explicitly search for ‘BBC Radio Sheffield’ then there it is…

Can we create a template for new requests as we have for the Support forum?
That way the person requesting to add a station can provide all the information needed and the Radio Curators do not have to go and search for all the info needed to add a station.
