New NUC install won't boot

Yes, I have a Akasa Turing fan-less case on the shelf waiting for the swap over of my NUC8I7.

I am in no hurry as the NUC is pretty silent and not in the playing areas.

I find it’s too noisy to work around it in fairly close proximity, so I’ll be going fanless pretty quickly, I think.
