Anyone noticed that new releases for you is stuck? Mine haven’t updated since 13.2. Or is this part of the cloud issue covered by the banner? Just to clarify my new releases are from Qobuz,if it’s working fine for others it would be helpful to know as it might be unique to me.
Stuck for me too. I’m not sure what the expected/programmed refresh frequency is.
There does appear to be a problem. We’ll look into this on Monday.
Thank you for that,it’s reassuring that others find the same issue. I did get a message from support saying there did appear to be a problem and it will be looked into. In terms of refresh I am not sure how frequent this is but,without doubt,it will refresh every Friday.
Hi everyone, I was wondering whether there are others whose New Releases for You section seems to have stopped updating with new releases since at least February 17-18?
In my section, those dates are the last ones with any new recommendations on albums or singles. But there has been a good amount of singles or albums since then that Roon should have, in my opinion, suggested to me based on my listening in Roon and also the new relases section on Tidal. The Tidal part still updates fine in the Tidal carousel with new releases from Feb 27.
Roon’s recommendations just seem stale and outdated, they haven’t changed since 1 and a half weeks.
