Description of Issue

I got myself a new router with UPnP.
RoonMobile shows up under the UPnP client list.
NAT forwarding is active with the same port as Roon.
I get this:

Diagnostics data for roon support:
{
“ipv4_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“31.ddd.eee.fff”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“null”,“router_external_ip”:“100.aaa.bbb.ccc”},
“status”: “status”: MultipleNatFound
,
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“192.168.0.1”,“found_upnp”:true}
}

Good news: Your UPnP is working
Bad news: Your ISP is probably the cause of this MultipleNatFound problem. What is your ISP?

Thanks for helping!
It explains why turning router firewall completely of didn’t help.
My ISP is Bredband2.

They are using CG-NAT by default but it should be possible to take you off that and switch you to a real IPv4 address. See this post and the other posts linked from there:
