Newer Qobuz favourites are appearing with grey donuts; old ones are fine. Also I have removed some favourites from Qobuz but they are still stuck there on Roon. This is since I changed computers and moved to MacOS Monterey. Earlier ones are okay. I have rebooted machine, logged out of Roon and logged back in. Software is up to date. Am using a 14"MacBookPro running Monterey and Roon Nucleus. Same problem appears on iPad. Turned iPad off and on, no help.
Hi @Susan_Tyler,
Thank you for getting in touch with your question, we’re sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with your album art display coming over from Qobuz.
This sounds like it could be the Private Relay feature setting in Monterey, since you’ve mentioned it began when you upgraded your OS.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Apple ID. Select iCloud > Private Relay and toggle if off.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Private Relay. Turn off private Relay.
Restart the devices, open the Roon App and see if your album art is restored.
Please let us know if this helps.
Hi Jamie,
Thank you! The album art eventually showed up all by itself. However, the Qobuz favourites on the Roon album page still don’t match the ones on Qobuz. Some I chose earlier but then unticked remain there and I can’t find a way to remove them. (I have closed and opened Roon, closed and opened the computer). I did look at Private relay but it is not “on”. It appears not really to be installed, only available to install if I wish.
Best, Susan
Hi @Susan_Tyler,
I’m happy to hear that your album art appeared without you having to do any troubleshooting. It sounds like there could have been some delayed communication between your network and our servers.
Could you send me a few screenshots to help me understand the differences you’re seeing between favorites on your album page and what you’re seeing on Qobuz. I think I’m understanding you correctly but want to make sure before I respond.
The “my Qobuz” page now has the favourites that match the ones on Qobuz itself, but the “albums” page that is set to include them includes ones I have removed. First is the “my Qobuz” page.
Second is how my albums page looks.
