Seems i solved the issue, see below the list of steps I took:
- Opened Roon, went to Settings > Backups > Find backups
selected the last log I had (was from version 1.16), and installed the backup - Once the Backup was done when in to Roon, in the overview page waited for the total counts to finish (Total albums, tracks,Artist, etc…)
- Check to see if all audio devices where in an activated the ones i needed, using the Settings > audio section.
- Closed Roon, when to the Roon server web page and did:
- Reinstalled the Operating system - after this checked all was ok with the Roon app
- Restarted Roon server software - after this checked all was ok with the Roon app
- Rebooter the server - after this checked all was ok with the Roon app
