No connection to ARC [Solved: Enabled UPnP on Router]

Can’t connect to ARC using Roon Nucleus.

Here is the error message that I’m getting

I’m using Roon via iPad or also iPhone to server connected to the Nucleus via Ethernet. Router is Netgear.

I have installed Roon ARC on my iphone but I am not able to connect it to the Roon Core.

Did you read the ARC Port Forwarding article? That contains the basics for setting up your router.

I have accessed my Router on the web but I am not sure what I need to do now. I cant find UPNP or NAT-PMP (?)

Hi Franco,

If you can’t find UPnP or NAT-PMP than you can configure a manual port forwarding.

Do you have a model number of your NetGear router?
Did you searched youtube for a tutorial for port forwarding with your router brand and model?

Thanks guys. I’ve finally founf UPnP and enabled it on my Router and it works!
