No Internal Music Storage Option

Hi

I just got Rock up and running on an internal 1TB SSD but I don’t see an option in the Web Interface to Format the Internal Music Storage. Am I missing something obvious? Everything else seems fine.

If your 1TB drive is the only drive in your machine, you won’t be able to use it for music storage as well as the OS.
I use a couple of tall NUCs with Rock, and each has a 256GB SSD for the OS, and a second 2TB SSD for music storage.

As Michael mentions, the ROCK OS drive is used entirely for RoonOS and cannot be used as storage. Which is why the suggestion is to use the smallest drive available. You then need a secondary internal drive, or, an external USB drive for your music files.
