I’m running Win11 with Roon Server. My TIDAL service will not authenticate unless I disable NordVPN.
Have tried excluding ROON services in the split tunnelling options of Nord but no luck.
Anyone else ran into a solution?

Seems like they might have blocked that IP address, select your Roon Server app to bypass VPN (setting in NordVPN)
I’m increasingly disappointed with NordVPN - I’ve paid for a dedicated IP and it’s blocked by Reddit and other sites. Will be dropping it when the plan runs out.
I had exactly the same problem. Excluded everything in split tunneling and still no joy. I have now created a manual VPN using the Open VPN client and selected Open VPN UDP rather than TCP/IP when I downloaded the config file. It’s working! Not ideal, but a work around for now.

Update: Tried selecting open VPN UDP in the Nord VPN client and it doesn’t work. Tidal disconnects immediately. Definitely an issue with the Nord client it would seem.

Also ran into this issue but managed to resolved it by running the diagnostics tool (in Windows that is) which gets installed as part of the Nord package. Nord recommend selecting the ’ Reset app’ option which does a number of things but critically allows Roon to log into Tidal when connected via Nord VPN.
