Will the Nucleus stream into the Esoteric KO5XD USB Type B Port?

Provided the Esoteric K-05XD speaks USB Audio 2.0, yes.
And i see no reasons why it wouldn’t! 
I would prefer to use a streamer though, the Nucleus used as both streamer and server may mean a sonic compromise to your ears as well.

I own a K05XD , it works with all USB streamers/bridges that I have and also perfect with a NUC running Rock.
