The external power supply connected to the Nucleus One provides 19 V. How many amperes does the Nucleus One need?
Is it possible to connect a SBooster that only outputs about 2 amps?

No, that is not sufficient for the Nucleus, but may function, depending on peripherals and the load Roon puts on the unit, i.e., audio analysis, DSP etc.

The SBooster ECO 18-19V MKII has a rating of 33.35W / 19V-1.75A. The Nucleus One, 19V, 60W.

Stick with the stock PSU.
