You can always start roon on any pc or mac you have around to start getting a handle on it. Then either blow it away or backup and restore to the new kit.

The other approach is to get a subscription to Tidal or Qobuz, then add your actual CDs from the streaming source to your library.
You are now at the end state.
Now slowly but surely rip the actual CD’s at your leisure replacing the streamed ones . You can take as long as you want
