Hello! I was wondering if anyone had any ideas/suggestions on how to obtain a second license without having to wait for customer service to respond. I sent a message yesterday and still haven’t heard back. I am anxious to get that second license but feel frustrated that I can’t just pay for one on my own.
I appreciate any suggestions you may have!

Indeed I did. Thanks. I decided a second license would suit my situation. I just was looking for some way to make the purchase on my own without having to wait for customer service to give me the option.
The authorizing/de-authorizing workaround has worked, but it’s just a clumsy patch at this point.
I suppose I’ll just have to wait to hear back.
