This would be great to decrease the load that streaming master quality tracks has on the internet connection. It would greatly benefit those with slow or unreliable internet connections in rural areas.

This is against the streaming services terms and conditions with the Studios I believe so no third party app is allowed to hold their content Roon is no exception to this. Offline playback can be direct from the services app only and is heavily encrypted.
