With personal devices now going edge to edge with the display, the dynamic range and time slider located at the bottom of the screen often is accidentally touched, resulting with the music “skipping” to the new time mark. See photo.
Two remedies are possible:

Relocate the dynamic range / time slider to above the album image. See additional photo.

Provide the user the ability to make the dynamic range / time slider display only, thus accidental touch has no affect.
