So they just started the Play Dead service, which seems to be Nugs backed. However there’s not connection to Roon unless you have the full Nugs subscription.
Anyone have some details if Play Dead alone will be linked?
In case someone wondered like I did:
No idea about subscription options in Roon. If any user knew more, they probably would not be allowed to say.
When I try to play the newly added shows through Roon, they show up in the browse interface, but will not play, with Playback Failed errors.
Is there a way to formally request this integration? I feel like Roon + Play Dead would be the very best way to listen to the GD in the history of mankind haha.
I have both the high res nugs and play dead subscriptions, and have the same experience mentioned above, I can see the play dead exclusive tracks in Roon, but when I go to play them it errors out.
I have actually seen Roon integration mentioned in some of the press releases (this one: https://www.stereonet.com/news/grateful-dead-open-the-vault-with-new-play-dead-streaming-app) but that may just be an error.
