Playlist management and the avoiding of error - again

I wanted to move a song that was misclassified in my “vocal” playlist into the “Artists to Watch” playlist. For the Nth time, I clicked the wrong button and added the entire “vocal” playlist. Easy to fix, you might think, but the whole point of the “Artists to Watch” playlist is that I don’t know the tracks. So, it was not obvious where the boundaries were between the tracks I’ve listened to (but haven’t yet deleted), and the tracks I haven’t listened to, and the entire block of tracks I accidentally added. So I said “To hell with it” and deleted all the “Artists to Watch” playlist entries.

This was not a good customer experience.

There must be a way for those of us who want decent playlist management to make our voices known. Or maybe we’re just not important enough to worry about, or even to acknowledge. I have to say, the latter is pretty insulting. This is a long-standing issue.

I’ve done it once and now am more careful.
“Are you sure” dialogues may help but they do tend to get ignored.

Coming from being used to other apps I never understood why Roon does not have Undo/Redo
