Sorry, but no.

Although Apple radio stations are free, they do need an Apple ID, and that won’t work for a general player like Roon.

Unfortunately, I don’t think you can add those URLs to your private my live radio either, as I believe those access keys in the URL are time limited. They would work for a while, but then fail.

Apart from all that, I suspect those HLS quality streams would cause Roon problems anyway.
