Hi Yury,

To help you we need to know some more information about your setup.
In the error message i see MultipleNatFound. Do you have multiple modem/routers in your setup?

Pls take look in below post, especially the MultipleNAT section.

Kind regards,

Maarten.

Are you using the Archer router to replace an ISP router?

If so, have you set up port forwarding rules there?

PS - 10.23.68.167 is a legit private IP address, but it’s odd to see it used in a home environment. You sure that’s correct?

Hi Yury,

Thank you for reaching out for assistance with port forwarding.

Typically, errors like the one you see can be caused by a misconfigured Port Forwarding setting, if you are not seeing Ready listed in Roon Settings -> Roon ARC, please look over this guide before proceeding.

If you have reviewed this guide and still have not resolved the issue, can you provide the following details about your network setup to help expedite troubleshooting?

  1. Who is your internet service provider?

  2. Please list the make and model of your modem and router?

  3. Do you have any additional network hardware, like additional routers or managed switches?

  4. Does your network have any VPNs, proxy servers, or enterprise-grade security?

  5. What machine are you using as a Roon Core, and how is it connected to the internet?

Thanks!

Yes. I have CHORD COMPANY ENGLISH ELECTRIC 8SWITCH 8 WAY NETWORK Switch.
I don’t have VPNs and proxy servers. I use Hucleus+.

Hi @Yury_Kochetkov,

That diagnostic suggests that one of the following is true:

  1. you have not configured Bridge mode on the modem/router combo in your setup
  2. you have not enabled UPnP correctly on the router directly upstream from your Core (the AC1900)
  3. your internet service provider has filtering or carrier-grade NAT blocking the Core from reaching ARC

Please first try the following steps:

  • Try to enable UPnP/NATPMP in the web administration interface for the router directly upstream from your Core
  • Try to manually open the port in your router’s port forwarding configuration
  • Make sure the IP/Port matches the Port listed in Roon → Settings → ARC
  • Check for any VPNs or Firewalls that might be interfering
  • Check if your modem is in Bridge mode

If you continue to experience difficulties, please reach out to your internet service provider and inquire if they have public routable IPv4 addresses they can assign to your account.
