Post Some Interesting Cover Versions

(John B) #1

Cover versions can reinterpret a song, bringing out aspects not evident in the original, some just are interesting due to genre shift or instrument choice.

I just came across Cars with Hammond organ and drums prevalent. Certainly brought a smile to my face.

What are your favourite covers you’d like to share?

Please try and only post tracks available on Tidal or else it’s all a bit academic.

Eddie Hazel (of Parliament-Funkadelic) absolutely torches this version of The Mamas & the Papas’ classic.
