All the new features of 1.6 may be great, but without Airplay2 support 75% of my rooms, I.e. those with HomePods, are useless. Therefore, more bells and whistles are meaningless to me until that support, hidden in a secret chamber at Roon Labs, is forthcoming.
Personally I think Apple should have allowed for original airplay to still work for upgraded devices.
That said I’m pretty sure Roon are working on it - but Apple can be quite pedantic too
