Hello,
my Android phone suddenly cannot find my Roon Core that I have on a Windows 11 PC.
VERY grateful if anyone can give me some pointers on how to access Roon. I have not made any changes to my computer or network. I have reinstalled Roon on my phone.
Grateful for answers.
Fredrik
The phone is in your wifi network, yes? I.e., it didn’t somehow stay connected to the 4G/5G mobile network for data?
What’s the IP address of your Core and your phone?
My workaround: Always it helps me to start Roon Core (on Mac) and the Roon app (2 seconds later) on the phone at the same time.
If you have to do that, something is wrong
You are right, but the cause is unknown. Sometimes the access to Roon works, sometimes not. I do not often use the Roon app on my android, so it didn’t anger me too much.

Hi, thanks for all the tips you gave me. Without Roon, no music, so you panic a bit.
I have inherited my daughter’s old iPad and Roon works with it.
I’ll try to get Roon working on my Samsung Android phone as well when I have time. I have ARC on this phone and also want to be able to use Roon outside my wifi network. I will test your suggestions and get back to you… Thanks Fredrik
