Problems with Questyle CMA600i

I recently purchased a Questyle CMA600i. When I go to Settings-Audio, I see the driver but when I try to enable it, it says “Device initialization failed”.
I then tried hooking up the Questyle to a different computer with a fresh load of Windows 11. On that computer, it does not show up under ‘audio devices’. Both computers work fine with the JRiver Media Center 30. It sees the device just fine.

On a third computer, Roon does work with the toslink connected to the Questyle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any other app running that could be hogging the output?

I tried it on two different computer, one with a fresh install. On both computers, Roon did not work, while JRiver Media Center 30 did. So JMC had no problems with the driver.

Try WASAPI not ASIO driver. Some hardware (USB route) not work via ASIO but perfectly play via WASAPI. Windows 10H2 and after ver. have 2.0 support (USB 2.0) but sometimes USB interfaces on HiFi DACs not work correctly.

Thank you. I need to figure out exactly how to do that.
