I really enjoyed this Sound On Sound video. Having reached my zenith on the playback side, I’m really interested in learning about how the music we love is created.
Very impressed at how quickly and proficiently Smith programs the drum machine, which isn’t something I’ve seen done before.
Also fascinating how much there is in the mix that isn’t at all obvious.
And the piano story is funny even if I’m not entirely sure it’s not made up!
