Why 0 purchased albums ? I have 5 pages of albums purchased on the Qobuz site …

Presumably because Qobuz in Roon is a streaming service, put your purchased and presumably downloaded content somewhere Roon can see it.

Guess it would help to download them to Roon’s watched folder… and you’ll see them along all your other ripped and otherwise downloaded local files in the library…
