I’m using Roon with Qobuz integration and noticed that some new releases aren’t appearing in Roon’s “New Releases” section, even though they’re available when I log into Qobuz directly.
The most obvious example is the latest Rolling Stones album — it shows up fine on Qobuz, but Roon doesn’t seem to pull it in. I’ve tried refreshing, reauthorising, and restarting RoonServer, but no luck.
Is this a known issue with the Qobuz integration? Are there certain albums that don’t get picked up for some reason? Any workarounds?
Occasionally there are delays in streaming services getting metadata to Roon on some new releases. In most cases the delay only lasts a few hours.
When you encounter these issues an effective work-around is to favourite it in Qobuz or Tidal, it will then sync in Roon and appear in your library.
If the album doesn’t show up after, say by midweek, I recommend submitting a Tech Support Requests.
