Hey Qobuz users
Qobuz seems to be having another issue currently. For now it relates to their native app on iOS and Android (I cannot confirm if Windows or Mac is affected).
I was force logged out on my iPhone from the native Qobuz app. It repeatedly fails to log back in. I manually logged out on Android and IPad and they now do the same and fail to login. A short while later I attempted to login again and it now sees my current Qobuz email login as a new customer.
Another Qobuz user has confirmed they are facing the same issue.
3rd part logins for now are not affected. Iāve tested Sonos, mconnect and Audirvana.
Based on all things Qobuz being a bit off lately, this may affect all logins.
I believe this may have something to do with their migration of some services to the cloud
This now seems resolved, but who knows
Edit: nope, still issues

What a mess!
And according to the only āofficialā Qobuz reply Iāve seen posted, this transition is supposed to take months. Is that how long we can look forward to dealing with all these issues?
If so, I can see many dropping their Qobuz subscriptions.

The issue Iām facing (plus another confirmed) could be unrelated, but equally frustrating.
Whatās more, this issue is extending to 3rd party logins.
Sonos failed but has now logged into my Qobuz account.
Roon is constantly failing.
Lyrion Music Server is failing.
I managed to login on my phone, but playback via Qobuz Connect has stopped several times at the end of tracks and fails to move on.
mconnect login works.
My word of advice is to not manually log out of Qobuz on any device/service.
The issue is authentication of Qobuz accounts.
JPlay is fine

I am enduring the same issues with Qobuz via Roon. Certain tracks will not play and playing an entire album will result in playback stop after a random track.
I think I picked the wrong week to switch from TIDAL to Qobuzā¦

Yeah, this is the issues covered here which I see you have posted in.
This is for a sudden login issues I and another have experienced.
I still am unable to log back into Qobuz native app on my iPad. At least itās not acting like itās a new account, but still an authentication error/issue.
Iāve uninstalled Roon so currently cannot confirm if the issue still exists. Same for Lyrion.
Are you still experiencing login issues?
Iāll answer ānoā as of now.
However, this morning it was the same with the added point that no Qobuz app/integration worked.
But this was just me as no one I asked was affected.
Oddly, this morning if I used a VPN to show my geolocation as Netherlands then all was ok. The Qobuz app on mobile data was fine. I contacted my ISP and have been put on a public IP in case the private IP/CG-Nat was being blocked by Qobuz.
