If someone has a hidden public profile, how do you mute/ignore them? You can’t go to the profile where the menu option is
Go to your forum settings and there open the Users category:
Then choose + Add... or Select... + in the appropriate section (ignored or muted):
Start typing the user’s username and finally click on the user you want to add him to chosen section.
