Is it possible to raise support question outside forum while someone may want to keep some privacy sometimes?
FYI you do not need to use your real name on the forum, it can be whatever you choose.
This takes you to a form which you fill in but directs you to the support forum. It doesn’t offer an alternative way of contacting Roon support.
