Raspberry Pi 3 not outputting Video Signal via HDMI

I want to run a HDMI from the Pi to the TV so I can watch Roon on the screen. I don’t get any video input. I have a Fire Tablet I could try and cast but shouldn’t the Pi output a video signal?
