Received a message from my network's security software (ARC?)

The message was
“NETGEAR Armor detected that a suspicious remote location 147.78.47.69 attempted a connection to ROCK and blocked that connection. We will keep an eye on this device for you. You’re protected and don’t need to do anything else.” could this have been ARC running in my vehicle?

I get the same messages from Netgear Armor at least two times a day. I don’t think it has anything to do with ARC. I think it’s just Roon attempting to connect to my Nucleus One to see what I’m listening to and Armor sees it as a threat. I turned off the Armor notifications because of this.
