I’m using a setup with Roon -> HQPlayer -> NAA to upsample all my music to DSD128.
I disabled all DSP settings in Roon to only have a single point of “sound computation”.
It would be perfect for me, if Roon could use the R128 data but apply this volume leveling inside HQPlayer by just increasing/decreasing the “remote volume setup” as if I did that in the client.
That way volume would be leveled with still one single place for all DSP action.
