Removing music files

I store all my music files on an Antipodes music server. When I try to remove a file, what’s the best way to do that? Simply remove the file from the server, or remove the file from Roon, or both? I’ve tried removing it from Roon, which it does technically, but then I still show the music on Roon with the tracks missing and it won’t remove it. Simply put, what’s the best way to remove music files?

Hi Rick,

you should do two things.

1. Remove the file(s) from your Antipodes music server.
2. Clean up your Roon library (see screenshots).

In my screenshot you see “0 deleted files” because I haven’t deleted anything. In your case, you’ll see the number of files that you removed.
