The Australian Artist Mark Gillespie (which Roon has confused with another Artist of the same name for six years) has passed away.
Mark released one of the greatest Australian debut albums in 1980 - Only Human. It is well worth a listen and has been a favourite of mine from that time. He became disillusioned with the music industry and emigrated to Bangladesh where he ran an orphanage until his death last week.
His songs are beautiful and he was a deeply spiritual man who practised what he preached.
