ROCK couldn’t get Holoaudio RED

I am a user of Roon and HoloAudio RED. I use an iPhone, and since only Roon Remote 1.8 is supported on iOS, I downgraded Roon ROCK to version 1.8 for compatibility.

I have two network players: the Cambridge Audio EVO150 is recognized properly by Roon ROCK, but although the HoloAudio RED appears in the device list, I can’t select it because of a version mismatch.

If I upgrade to Roon 2.0, the Roon Remote won’t work on my iPhone.

What should I do in this situation?

This is not correct - Roon 2.0 is supported on iOS.

Click on the below to open the App Store to Roon 2.0

How so? What happens?

Roon Remote 1.8 is still the only version available on the Apple App Store.

You download Roon, not Roon Remote…

I installed the Roon app on my iPhone instead of Roon Remote, and reinstalled Roon ROCK. The app on my phone detects the ROCK, but it doesn’t connect.

That screenshot shows that you have an old version of ROCK running (build 1234).

As the install instructions state:

Be sure to also confirm that ROCK is on the latest version. You can trigger ROCK to update by selecting Reinstall from the Web UI.

thank you very much
