ROCK Internal Storage — Ext4 by default?

I seem to have read somewhere that when you format the internal drive in a NUC it will be done so in ext4. However, I can’t seem to find this info again.

So is the internal drive, when formatted from the webUI in ROCK, formatted to ext4?

For the record, I want ext4 - it is robust and journaled unlike say exFAT.
